Sponsorship Solicitation Guide
Hello, [sponsor name]
On January 3rd my youth group “Journey” will be having a Rock-A-Thon fundraiser. We are aiming to stay awake and rock on rocking chairs for 24 hours. You can pledge any amount like $0.25, $0.50, $1.00 per hour you think I can last on my rocking chair. Or you can make a flat donation if you’d like. I aim to do my best to last the full 24 hours. Will you please help me by making a donation or pledge? You can send it online to our church here: https://www.osvhub.com/stpatrickmv/forms/rockathon2025 , just put my name in the memo. Or after the event I will let you know how I did and I can tell you what your pledge total is. Thank you in advance for your support, and may God bless you always!

ONLY COPY ABOVE TEXT.
If they give you a thumbs up or smile emoji your next response should be:
“Great, what can I put you down for? And could I please get your email and/or phone number”
Make sure to always say thank you.
The possibilities are endless, just look at a few of these examples!
